Atypical antipsychotic medication used to treat conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and irritability associated with autistic disorder.

• Active Ingredient: .
• Concentration: 1 milligram (mg) of risperidone per 1 milliliter (mL) of solution.
• Volume: 30 mL bottle.
• Administration: It is a clear, colorless liquid that can be taken directly using the provided oral dosing syringe, or mixed with a compatible beverage like water, coffee, orange juice, or low-fat milk. It is not compatible with cola or tea.
• Mechanism of Action: It works by helping to restore the balance of certain natural substances (neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin) in the brain to improve mood, thoughts, and behavior. 

• Schizophrenia: Treatment of schizophrenia in adults and adolescents (ages 13-17).
• Bipolar I Disorder: Treatment of acute manic or mixed episodes, either alone or in combination with lithium or valproate, in adults and children/adolescents (ages 10-17).
• Irritability Associated with Autistic Disorder: Symptomatic treatment of aggression, temper tantrums, self-injurious behavior, and quickly changing moods in children and adolescents (ages 5-16).
