Erastapex Trio is a triple-action medication containing three antihypertensive agents to manage high blood pressure:

• Amlodipine (10mg): A Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB) that relaxes blood vessels to improve blood flow.
• Olmesartan Medoxomil (40mg): An Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker (ARB) that prevents vessel constriction.
• Hydrochlorothiazide (25mg): A thiazide diuretic (“water pill”) that helps the kidneys remove excess salt and water.

This triple combination is specifically indicated for:

• Treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients.
• Patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by dual therapy (two-drug combinations).
• Comprehensive blood pressure reduction to prevent long-term risks of stroke, heart failure, and kidney problems.

Follow your physician’s exact prescription. General guidelines include:

• Daily Dose: One tablet per day, preferably at the same time each morning.
• Administration: Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. It can be taken with or without food.
• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.

Possible Side Effects: Dizziness, headache, fatigue, muscle spasms, or swelling in the extremities (edema).
