Product Composition (Diax Suspension)
Diax is an intestinal anti-infective suspension used to treat digestive upset. Each 5ml typically contains:
- Nifuroxazide (220mg): A broad-spectrum intestinal antiseptic that acts locally in the gut to kill bacteria causing diarrhea without affecting the natural balance of healthy intestinal flora.

This suspension is primarily indicated for:
- Treatment of acute diarrhea thought to be of bacterial origin.
- Management of intestinal infections (enteritis and colitis).
- Short-term relief of diarrhea symptoms in the absence of invasive signs like high fever or blood in the stool.
